How can I add a payment card in the application?

Step 1. In the upper left corner of the screen, tap the button with the hamburger symbol (three white lines)
Step 2. Touch the User Account button (Konto użytkownika)
Step 3. Touch the Payment Methods button (Metody płatności)
Step 4. Touch the white button on the blue background (">" shape) next to the no payment card field
Step 5. Touch the Payment Card Registration button (Rejestracja karty płatniczej)

NOTE: Before proceeding to the next step, make sure that you do not have an internet transaction lock on your card. The limit for online transactions is not the same as the limit for payments in the store. If you are not sure, we recommend you to contact the bank that issued your card and submit an instruction to change the limits for online transactions with the card. For security reasons, we do not provide bank contact details.

Step 6. Touch the OK button (OK)
Step 7. At this stage you need to define a PIN code which will be used only for making card payments. It is not required to provide a telephone number.
Step 8. Touch the Continue button (Kontynuuj)
Step 9. Touch the button of the card operator whose card you have (available options are: MasterCard, Maestro, Visa and Visa Electron). You will find its logo on the front or back of the card.

NOTE: Choosing the wrong card operator will prevent the correct registration of the card. If you are unsure who the card operator is, we recommend you to contact the bank that issued your card.

Step 10. Enter the card number (the longest 16-digit number usually divided into 4 parts), then the validity month and year (last two digits), and finally the verification code (CVV/CVC/CVV2/CID) on the back of the card near the signature strip.
Step 11. Touch the Remember Card Details button (Zapamiętaj dane karty) At this stage, you must approve the operation in the bank's application or enter the code from the text message sent by your bank.

NOTE: If you are not receiving messages from your bank, we recommend you to contact your bank to make sure you have 3D-Secure service enabled on your card.

Optionally, at this point you will have to tap the back button. You can also wait and after a few seconds you will be redirected to the application.
Step 12. Touch the Continue button (Kontynuuj)
You confirm payments with a PIN code, which you give yourself, and the card details are not stored in the application. A leading European operator with an appropriate notification from the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (Komisja Nadzoru Finansowego) takes care of the security of payments.

Potential problems that may occur at the stage of adding a payment card:

Failure to add card.
Make sure you have cash in your bank account. For verification purposes, the amount of 1 PLN is blocked, which we will return within 5 days. This is the standard procedure for validating the entered data.
